Overview & Supply Architecture

Blucindustry Global Supply Limited ("Blucindustry", "we", "us", or "our") operates a digital supply ecosystem engineered to deliver high-quality, vibrated concrete blocks, load-bearing masonry units, and paving stones directly to construction sites across Nigeria.

Our supply infrastructure connects verified automated block production facilities with vetted heavy-duty haulage logistics. Every block dispatched through our network is manufactured in strict accordance with the Nigerian Industrial Standards (NIS) and Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) benchmarks.

This Supply Policy outlines delivery tiers, site access requirements, special engineering requests, delivery tolerances, and discrepancy resolution to ensure dependable, transparent material procurement for developers, contractors, and individual builders.

§ 02

Standard Supply

Standard Supply is our primary scheduled delivery tier designed for planned construction workflows:

Lead Times: Standard orders are typically scheduled for dispatch within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed upfront payment or scheduled for your designated future project milestone date.

Curing Assurance: All blocks allocated for Standard Supply have completed our mandatory minimum seven (7) to fourteen (14) day wet-curing protocol to guarantee minimum compressive strength thresholds before loading.

Order Quantities: Dispatched in standard haulage vehicle units (e.g., standard tipper truckloads of 500, 800, or 1,000 blocks depending on 6-inch or 9-inch dimensions).

Scheduling Flexibility: You may schedule bulk deliveries in phased intervals (e.g., 2,000 blocks every Tuesday and Thursday) to prevent site congestion.

§ 03

Instant Supply (Express Dispatch)

For active building sites facing unexpected material shortfalls or urgent contractor deadlines, Blucindustry provides Instant Supply:

Same-Day Fulfillment: Orders placed before 11:00 AM WAT can qualify for same-day express dispatch, subject to localized haulage availability and cured stock levels in your delivery zone.

Reserve Inventory: Instant Supply blocks are fulfilled strictly from our certified fully-cured strategic reserve yards, ensuring immediate structural readiness without compromising curing integrity.

Priority Surcharge: An express logistics and handling surcharge applies to Instant Supply orders to compensate for expedited vehicle routing and priority yard bay loading.

Stock Availability: If regional reserve stock is exhausted on a specific day, our dispatch desk will immediately notify you and convert the order to prioritized next-morning delivery or issue a full refund.

§ 04

Delivery Estimates & Live Tracking

We provide real-time visibility from production bay to site gate:

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): Delivery windows provided on the platform (e.g., "Between 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM") are operational estimates based on prevailing traffic, route distance, and haulage turnaround times.

Driver Dispatch Notification: When your assigned truck departs from the manufacturing yard, you will receive an SMS and app alert with the driver's contact details, vehicle registration number, and live tracking link.

Pre-Arrival Contact: Drivers are instructed to place a phone call to the designated on-site contact approximately thirty (30) minutes prior to arrival to verify site readiness.

§ 05

Site Access & Delivery Conditions

Safe and efficient delivery depends on accessible site conditions:

Heavy Haulage Vehicles: Our blocks are transported by heavy-duty 6-tire to 10-tire tipper haulage trucks weighing between 15 to 30 tonnes fully loaded.

Road Feasibility: Customers must guarantee that approach roads, bridges, culverts, and site entry gates can support the weight and turning radius of heavy trucks. Roads must be free from impassable mud, low-hanging high-voltage cables, or severe physical obstructions.

Nearest Safe Verge Policy: If a driver determines that entering a private compound or access street will cause vehicular entrapment, ditch collapse, or structural damage to walls or gateposts, offloading will occur at the nearest safe, legal road verge selected jointly with the receiver.

Local Community Levies ("Matching Ground"): The customer is solely responsible for settling all local youth levies, community developmental fees, or municipal tolls required in the delivery area. Drivers will not negotiate or pay local community fees.

§ 06

Special Requests & Custom Specifications

We cater to specialized structural engineering requirements and custom architectural designs:

Enhanced Compressive Strength: We produce custom-engineered load-bearing blocks with compressive strengths exceeding 3.5 N/mm² up to 5.0 N/mm² for multi-story foundations, retaining walls, and civil infrastructure.

Aggregate Formulations: Customers may request custom aggregate mixes, such as pure granite dust blends, washed sharp sand variations, or heavy-density solid core blocks.

Lead Time for Custom Batches: Special mix orders require advance notice of not less than ten (10) business days to allow for bespoke batching, mold setup, and mandatory full laboratory curing.

Testing Certificates: Upon request, formal batch crushing test reports from certified engineering materials testing laboratories can be provided for structural compliance documentation.

§ 07

Delays & Operational Disruptions

While we maintain high fulfillment punctuality, construction logistics in Nigeria can experience unexpected delays:

Excusable Delays: Delays resulting from severe tropical rainfall, flooded roads, vehicular breakdowns, state-mandated curfews, or road construction diversions are considered excusable disruptions.

Proactive Communication: In the event of a transit delay, our dispatch coordination desk will notify you immediately with updated arrival times.

No Consequential Delay Liability: Blucindustry is not liable for contractor labor downtime, bricklayer idle wages, or secondary project schedule delays arising from traffic or transit setbacks.

§ 08

Failed Delivery & Aborted Trips

When a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-side circumstances, the following rules apply:

Unreachable Receiver: If a truck arrives at the delivery location and the customer or designated site contact cannot be reached after multiple attempts and a thirty (30) minute waiting period, the delivery may be aborted.

Hostile Community Obstruction: If armed community youth or local groups physically block or threaten delivery personnel, the driver is instructed to pull back to a secure location immediately for safety.

Aborted Trip Charges: If a delivery is aborted due to customer unavailability, refusal of safe verge offloading, or unmotorable terrain, the customer will be liable for return haulage expenses and a 15% restocking fee. Re-delivery will require payment of fresh haulage tariffs.

§ 09

Quantity Discrepancies & Inspection

To ensure absolute transparency, physical verification occurs at offloading:

Mandatory Joint Physical Count: You or your designated site engineer must conduct a physical head count of the blocks alongside the driver before or during offloading.

Waybill Notation: In the rare event of a quantity shortage (e.g. 970 blocks delivered instead of 1,000 due to vehicle load balancing), the exact shortfall must be written clearly on the physical delivery waybill and signed by both parties.

Immediate Rectification: Validated shortfalls are credited back to your account or supplied at no extra haulage charge in your next scheduled batch within twenty-four (24) hours.

Post-Departure Claims: Once the delivery waybill is signed without shortage remarks and the driver departs, physical quantity claims cannot be accepted.

§ 10

Damaged Blocks & Transit Breakage Allowance

Concrete blocks are brittle masonry materials transported over rough terrain. Our damage policy is defined as follows:

Nominal Transit Breakage (Up to 2%): In line with civil construction standards in Nigeria, a nominal breakage allowance of up to two percent (2%) (e.g., up to 20 blocks on a 1,000-block load) is normal due to rough road vibrations. Broken blocks within this threshold can typically be used as half-blocks for wall bond courses.

Damage Exceeding 2%: Any verified transit damage exceeding the 2% allowance will be fully compensated by Blucindustry through direct replacement or per-unit refund.

Immediate Documentation: Any excess breakage must be photographed on the truck bed or immediately beside the offloading pile and recorded on the delivery waybill before the driver departs.

Offloading Negligence Exclusion: Damage caused by the customer's own offloading laborers (e.g. throwing blocks from high stacks or dropping them onto rough stone surfaces) is the sole responsibility of the customer.
